Ballet Program

The Ballet Program provides classical ballet training in the Vaganova method for ages 3-18. This program offers performance opportunities in full-length production ballets such as: The Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Giselle, Coppelia, Swan Lake and the annual Nutcracker ballet; as well as the annual recitals, and the opportunity to audition for participation in the Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) regional competitions.

Students in the Ballet Program may also take classes in the Open and Competitive programs for an additional $20 per class.  Additional Ballet Program classes are $15 per 1.5 hour classes and $20 per 2 hour class. Additional forms of dance broaden the student’s technique and style, as well as improve musicality and coordination. Dancers can choose from jazz, contemporary, tap, acro and hip-hop. Jazz and contemporary classes are highly encouraged for students wishing to pursue a life long relationship with dance.
